The world’s leading provider of installation and relocation services for industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, Beck & Pollitzer has continued its ambitious growth plans with another international acquisition, investing in one of Germany’s leading installation providers montagen plus and its wholly-owned subsidiary montageprofis in February.
This follows the acquisition of Clarkson Industrial Inc of South Carolina USA, one of the East Coast of America’s major installation providers, in February 2018.
Both investments will ensure that Beck & Pollitzer can provide the best support to its blue-chip clients throughout its global markets, according to Martin Hooper, General Manager Business Development at Beck & Pollitzer.
These acquisitions complement the company’s continued investment in organic growth, with recent investments of £1.5 million in new plant and equipment including a new 1000t lifting gantry and new Versa lift forklift trucks.
Projects carried out by Beck & Pollitzer can include single machines being moved within an existing site all the way to large-scale factory and production lines being relocated from one facility to another, this includes major relocations and installations between countries using our global network.
The company’s client base includes, amongst others, a range of leading manufacturers such as Jaguar Land Rover, Comau, Toyota, Nissan, Thyssenkrupp, Dunlop, Rolls Royce, Unilever and Procter & Gamble.
In Beck & Pollitzer’s line of work health and safety is of the highest priority. The company has and continues to invest in health and safety to ensure it complies with latest standards and holds several accreditations including OHSAS 18001, 45001 H&S management systems and independent recognition with a ROSPA Gold Award and British Safety Council Merit Award. “Health and safety is embedded in everything we do from planning to project delivery,” said Hooper.
As well as its two Midlands-based operational sites, Beck & Pollitzer has 32 offices in 15 countries, with more than 900 employees. Last year the company completed projects in 55 countries globally.
This will be Beck & Pollitzer’s first time exhibiting at the forthcoming Made in the Midlands Expo. “We will be highlighting our range of services and industry knowledge, showcasing previous projects and capabilities in providing full turnkey packages and project management services in many different sectors,” said Hooper.Back
